About Kntinuity Ventures

Definitions

“Service Cycle” refers to a defined time-bound engagement activated by invoice issuance and payment.

“Active Service” refers to a service cycle that is currently valid and fully paid.

“Out-of-Scope Work” refers to any request not explicitly included within the defined service scope of the active engagement.

“Add-On Engagement” refers to any separately scoped and billed work outside the active service scope.

Service Activation & Continuity Framework

All services across Kntinuity Ventures and its operating ventures are governed by structured service cycles.

A service is considered active only when:

a valid invoice has been issued, and
payment has been received in full

No service shall be deemed active outside an explicitly defined and paid service cycle.

No implied continuity, renewal, or extension shall arise from:

prior engagement
past service behaviour
ongoing access
absence of interruption

Each service cycle is independent and governed solely by its corresponding commercial record.

Infrastructure services, stewardship engagements, retainers, maintenance cycles, and operational continuity services may be commercially structured as fixed prepaid service cycles.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, prepaid cycles are non-refundable once commenced, and early termination, reduced utilisation, migration, or discontinuation shall not reduce the commercial obligations associated with the activated cycle.

Acceptance of Terms

Acceptance of these Policies and Terms shall be deemed to occur upon any of the following:

completion of any transaction or payment
continued use of services, platforms, or infrastructure
written confirmation via email or documented communication

In the absence of written objection, continued use shall constitute full and binding acceptance.

Venture Studio Model

Kntinuity Ventures operates as a venture studio and operating group that develops, manages, and supports multiple independent ventures.

Each venture may operate under its own brand identity, website, products, or services while benefiting from shared infrastructure, governance, capital management, and operational systems maintained by Kntinuity Ventures.

This structure allows ventures to grow independently while maintaining centralized oversight for finance, compliance, intellectual property, and long-term governance.

Unless explicitly disclosed otherwise, ventures referenced on this website operate under the legal and commercial framework of Kntinuity Ventures.

References to venture names do not imply the existence of separate legal entities unless explicitly stated.

Relationship to Venture-Specific Terms

Certain ventures operated by Kntinuity Ventures may publish venture-specific policies or service terms applicable to their products or services.

Such venture-specific terms apply in addition to this Legal Hub and do not override it, except where explicitly stated within the defined Order of Precedence section of this document.

Venture-specific legal hubs, operational policies, infrastructure frameworks, stewardship models, service records, and engagement governance documents may supplement this master Legal Hub for the applicable venture or service category.

Such documents shall apply in addition to this Legal Hub and shall govern operational interpretation within their respective engagement scope unless expressly overridden by this master framework.

Clients are responsible for compliance with the applicable laws, tax obligations, and regulatory requirements of their own jurisdiction.

Service Suspension & Restriction

Kntinuity Ventures and its operating ventures reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to services, platforms, or infrastructure in the event of:

non-payment
breach of terms
unauthorised access or intervention
misuse of systems

Such suspension may occur without liability and without obligation to provide continued access during the suspension period.

No Obligation to Continue Services

Kntinuity Ventures and its operating ventures are under no obligation to continue, renew, or extend any service beyond the defined service cycle.

All continuations are subject to commercial discretion, availability, and updated terms.

Kntinuity Ventures and its operating ventures shall not be responsible for failures, instability, incompatibility, security issues, or continuity disruptions arising from externally managed infrastructure, unsupported environments, third-party modifications, independently administered systems, or environments operating outside active stewardship coverage.

Cross-Venture Governance

All ventures operated under Kntinuity Ventures are governed by this Legal Hub unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Service structures, engagement models, and operational frameworks may vary across ventures but remain subject to this master policy framework.

Engagement with any venture constitutes agreement to this governing structure.

Brand Protection, Copyright, and Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on this website—including text, images, logos, brand names, taglines, layouts, frameworks, methodologies, systems, and strategies—are the exclusive property of Kntinuity Ventures or its affiliated ventures, whether registered or unregistered.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For digital services and consulting engagements, refunds are not available once services have commenced. Retainer engagements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

For physical products, returns may be accepted for damaged or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, subject to payment gateway timelines.

Perishable goods, opened personal care products, and accessed digital downloads are non-returnable.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, without limiting the right to seek remedies in other jurisdictions where infringement occurs.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to any engagement, service, or transaction shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties.

All classifications, scope determinations, and service interpretations shall be made solely by Kntinuity Ventures or its operating ventures and shall be final and binding.
